Grateful and Thankful!! My mother and I received great vibes during our initial encounter with Kenyon. Kenyon promised our rental property would not be on the market more than 2 weeks. Although we were accepting of a 30-day listing, our property was under contract within 1 & 1/2 weeks. Kenyon made our home-selling experience smooth and easy. He handled every aspect of the process, exemplifying the perfect liaison between the buyers and us, making our life alot easier! Our rental property was tenant occupied.
